My name is Alice Lane and I'm 17 years old. I was born in England but at the age of 4, I moved to Switzerland. I live in a small alpine village called Gryon where I teach skiing in the winter. I am now studying at the Lycée-Collège de l'Abbaye de St-Maurice in the art option and I took computer sciences as my second option.

At the begining I wasn't that much into art as I was more into the sciences. But during Covid my passion for drawing and photography emerged thanks to the amount of free time that I had. And during that time, my drawing improved drastically.

I enjoy going for walks in the mountains where I get inspiration for my photos and my digital art. As water really peaks my interest, the small streams coming from the glaciers are perfect for me. And the alpine flowers are gorgeous for painting.
Howerver, I don't just paint nature, I enjoy drawing eyes and faces as I love representing emotion in my works.

I also do theatre, I joined the troupe of my school, and last year I played in a original musical called Le Mouton vert. It was such a magical experience!
